The TCCPA has formulated this Website Privacy Policy so that you know how the TCCPA uses personal information gathered about users, such as yourself, of this website.

General Statement of Privacy

The TCCPA has no wish to gather any personal information about users of this website. Any personal information gathered, if any is actually gathered, is only incidental to the operation of the website. The TCCPA has no intention to use this information to identify any specific individual. The TCCPA will not pass on this information to any third party unless legally required to do so.

This website does not, currently, use cookies. If the website develops to require the use of cookies then the relevant pages will state that cookies are used and explain why they are being used.

Log Files

When you visit this website, we record and log which pages you visit, your IP address, your referer URL and the 'user agent' string your web browser sends. 'You' are only identifed to the extent that these details can identify you. The TCCPA uses this information purely for monitoring traffic to this website - identifying errors and ways to improve the website. Generalised statistics are published to various parties including the TCCPA committee and grant giving bodies. Our traffic logs are stored securely on a web server, located in a remote secure hosting facility.
